Welcome to Rayton Digital. By accessing our website, initiating The Override Protocol™, or utilizing our data engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, strictly do not use our services.

1. Engineering Services & Scope

Rayton Digital provides specialized data infrastructure services, including but not limited to Entity Schema Restructuring, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Knowledge Graph Synchronization (collectively, "The Override Protocol"). We are not a traditional marketing agency; we are a data engineering firm. Results are based on technical deployment, not creative advertising.

2. Payments & Deployment Fees

Phase 1 Deployment fees (standardized at $2,500.00 USD) are due upon invoice receipt to secure an engineering slot. Due to the manual, labor-intensive nature of code restructuring, all engineering fees are non-refundable once the deployment process has been initialized.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Override Protocol™ is a proprietary methodology owned exclusively by Rayton Digital. While the client retains ownership of their specific business data (Entity Identity), the code structures, deployment scripts, and proprietary frameworks used to optimize that data remain the intellectual property of Rayton Digital.

4. No Guarantees of Specific Ranking

While we engineer data to meet the strictest standards of Google, Bing, and LLM (AI) algorithms, Rayton Digital does not control third-party platforms. We cannot and do not guarantee a permanent "#1 Ranking" as algorithms are subject to change by the platform providers. We guarantee the integrity of the code we deploy, not the specific algorithmic outcome of third-party search engines.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rayton Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our infrastructure services. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific deployment cycle in question.

6. Governing Law (California)

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of California. Rayton Digital and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of California (specifically Riverside County) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
